PitCrewly is operated by The Timely Group in Huntsville, Alabama. This page says what we collect on pitcrewly.ai, why, and who else touches it.

What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect what you type into the form:

• Your name, shop name, phone and email
• City and state (optional)
• The shop software you use now and how many bays you have
• A message (optional)

We also record your IP address, to block spam and limit repeat submissions, and the time you sent the form.

Why we collect it

To contact you about PitCrewly. That is all. We do not sell your data.

Who handles it

• DigitalOcean hosts our database in the United States, where your form is stored.
• HubSpot is our CRM. Your contact details are sent there so we can follow up.
• Telegram carries an internal alert to our owner when a new request arrives.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Text messages

We send no marketing texts from this website. Shops that use PitCrewly can text their own customers through it. Those texts follow opt-out rules: reply STOP to stop them. Opt-outs are permanent.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 3 years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

If we change this page, we will update the effective date above.
