Payments Its pricing page lists In-Person Payments and Online Payments as included on all four plans. [3] Coming soon. Invoices and payments are not in PitCrewly yet.
Digital vehicle inspections Techs can add notes, marked-up photos and videos to inspections. [4] Coming soon. Inspections with photos are not in PitCrewly yet.
Parts lookup and ordering Parts lookup and ordering is listed on all four plans. [5] Coming soon. Parts and tires ordering are not in PitCrewly yet.
Workflow board Describes dragging and dropping work orders as they move through the shop, with job completion percentages. [6] Available. PitCrewly has a workflow board for your jobs.
Technician time clock Its mobile app page says techs can clock into any work order, service or labor item, with optional location tracking. [7] Coming soon. The tech time clock is not in PitCrewly yet.
Fleet work Its features page says shops can work with multiple fleets and accept batch payments. [8] Coming soon. Fleet accounts are not in PitCrewly yet.
Repair info and labor data Its pricing page lists ALLDATA Integration and MOTOR Parts & Labor as included from the Clever plan up. [9] Coming soon. ProDemand and ALLDATA labor data are not in PitCrewly yet.
Automated estimate follow-ups Its pricing page lists Automated Estimate Followups as included on the Genius and Multi-Shop plans. [10] Running at Apex today: one follow-up text per estimate, sent 10am-6pm Central.
Phone number and call forwarding Its pricing page lists a built-in phone number and call forwarding as included on all four plans. [11] Available: the AI answers your missed calls when you forward them. Moving your number over is coming soon.

How starting alongside works

  1. We import your customer, vehicle and order history from Shopmonkey.
  2. You forward missed calls to PitCrewly. The AI picks up, says it is an AI, takes a message and alerts you.
  3. You keep Shopmonkey for invoices and payments until we ship them.

Why we built PitCrewly

PitCrewly was built by a shop owner at Apex Autosports. He wanted the phone answered and estimates drafted without more typing at the counter. It runs at Apex today.
